The studio is looking for an Architect/Interior Architect -
Project Manager with at least 5 to 7 years experience with strong organisation
capabilities and fluent in chinese, english and french.

Job & assignments
The candidate must have knowledge of all the phases of a
project (from concept to site), have the ability to manage the development of a
project as part of a team and have good experience of projects abroad, very
high-end hotel/restaurant projects.
You will be involved in the development of a large-scale, international interior architecture project in the luxury hotel sector.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 to 4 people.
In the context of the project, the project manager will be travelling to China once per month.

Profile
- Strong organisation capabilities and project management
skills (internal planning, external, reporting,…)
- Practical experience of the various phases of a project for clients in the upmarket sector (hotels, restaurants, private individuals, luxury boutiques)
- Fluid communication wanted with all the project partners (from client to engineer to the fitter, etc.)
- Good understanding and assimilation of the studio's language
- Very good command of software: Autocad / Photoshop / In Design / 3D software
- Team management experience wanted
