The studio is looking for an Architect/Interior Architect - Project Manager with at least 5 to 7 years' experience.
Interior Architect - Project Manager
MISSIONS
The candidate must have knowledge of all the phases of a project (from concept to site), have the ability to manage the development of a project as part of a team and have good experience of projects abroad, very high-end hotel/restaurant projects and luxury private residences.
You will be involved in the development of a large-scale, international interior architecture project, for example in the luxury hotel sector.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 to 4 people.
The project manager will be required to travel abroad.
PROFIL
Practical experience of the various phases of a project for clients in the upmarket sector (hotels, restaurants, private individuals, luxury boutiques)
- Good understanding and assimilation of the studio's language
- Very good command of software: Autocad / Photoshop / In Design / 3D software
- Experience of team management desirable
- Fluid communication desirable with all project contacts (from client to engineer to fitter, etc.)
- Planning management
