We are continuing our collaboration with SFL on 90 Champs-Élysées, an office project located at the heart of Paris’s most iconic avenue, where interior architecture and contemporary uses engage in dialogue with the site’s historic identity. Built in 1968 above the Champs-Élysées gallery, the building underwent a major restructuring led by Jean Nouvel in 2010, notably expressed through its stone-clad façade. Spread across eight floors, it now offers expansive, light-filled 1,200 m² office floors designed to accommodate a wide range of uses.
Our mission covers the interior architecture and design of the lobby, reception area, main meeting room, cafeteria, and elevator waiting areas.
The opening is scheduled for June 2026.
