At the top of the Rome Cavalieri, La Pergola, the three Michelin starred restaurant by Chef Heinz Beck, overlooks the Eternal City.
The project was driven by a desire to invite the essence of Rome into the restaurant, extending the city, its lights and its horizon into the space itself, to offer a culinary experience where the tangible and the intangible meet.
The intervention is carefully embedded within the existing architecture, working with views and light to give full presence to the landscape.
This distinction recognizes an approach deeply attentive to context, where architecture and experience respond to one another with precision.
