Patrick Jouin SARL brings together two studios: Jouin Manku and Patrick Jouin iD.
Associated with the greatest for exceptional projects, the Jouin Manku studio develops a creative dialectic dedicated to space design and interior architecture projects, while the Patrick Jouin iD studio imagines projects and creations for industrial and product design. The clients and editors for and with whom both studios work are located in France and abroad.
The company, headed by Patrick Jouin, CEO Associate Partner/Designer, Sanjit Manku, Associate Partner/Architect, and Jacques Goubin, Associate Partner/Executive Director, brings together an Interior Architecture division, an Architecture division, a Design division for the Jouin Manku studio and an Industrial Design and Product Design division for the Patrick Jouin iD studio. The company employs a total of fifty people.
The Jouin Manku studio is looking for an Architect/Interior Architect - Project Manager with at least 5 to 7 years of experience.
MISSIONS
The candidate must have knowledge of all phases of a project (from concept to construction), have the ability to independently manage the development of a project with preferably good experience in foreign projects, luxury private residences and very high end hotel/restaurant/office projects.
You will participate in the development of a large scale Interior Design project, internationally, such as in the field of luxury hotels or high end offices.
You will be in charge of managing a team.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Concrete experience of the different phases of a project for clients in the high-end sector (hotels, restaurants, individuals, luxury boutiques)
Good understanding and assimilation of the studio language
Very good knowledge of software: Autocad / Photoshop / In Design / 3D software: RHINO + REVIT (highly appreciated)
Training as an architect possible and even desirable
Languages :
Imperative mastery of French and English, written and spoken
Type of position:
Fixed-term contract with a view to a possible future permanent contract
