The Jouin Manku studio develops a creative dialectic dedicated to Space Design and Interior Architecture projects, while the Patrick Jouin iD studio imagines projects and creations in Industrial Design and Product Design. Both studios work with and for clients and publishers in France and abroad.

MISSIONS
Under the authority of Management and the General Secretary, the person in charge of this position will have the following main operational missions: managing incoming requests from prospects and future customers, responding to calls for tender, contractualizing projects, as well as participating in the administrative, legal and financial follow-up of projects.
She will be part of the company's administrative team, assisting the General Secretary and Management with day-to-day tasks relating to tenders/contracts, and will be responsible for the following tasks in particular:
Management and contractualization of incoming requests:
- Management of incoming requests from prospects and/or future customers: identify/analyze them, prepare books, response documents, plan actions to be taken
- Carry out the necessary customer and background research
- Create files and update corresponding dashboards
- Present files at management meetings
- Draft proposals, contracts, amendments and all contractual documents
- Discussions with management, customers, partners, project managers and project leaders
- Participation in contractual and financial negotiations with customers

Administrative, legal and financial monitoring of projects:
- Financial audit of the profitability of the agency's projects - Tracking of time spent and financial and legal management of projects on ERP with project directors and managers
- Negotiation and drafting of additional proposals
- Recording and adjusting time on the ERP according to agreed fees
- Participate in setting up project teams
- Negotiate and contract all events likely to affect projects
- Communicate information as required to the agency's various departments (communications, finance, etc.).
- Knowledge and contractual application of legal aspects of artistic and intellectual property and trademark/patent law
- Participation in the settlement of any disputes relating to contracts and projects Miscellaneous: - Database updating
- Sector watch
- Contribute to the day-to-day running of the agency and administrative department
- Make proposals and participate actively in internal events.

PROFILE SOUGHT :
Autonomous, organized, rigorous, methodical, dynamic, you will need to be :
Hard skills- Higher education Bac +4 / Bac +5Bac +4 / Bac +5
- Knowledge of the law (business law, contracts, literary and artistic property, etc.) and an interest in contract negotiation
- Ability to manage: priorities, emergencies, coordination of exchanges between different external contacts (customers, partners, service providers, etc.) and internal contacts (designers, interior architects, etc.).
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, with Indesign a plus Soft skills
- Sound general knowledge and genuine sensitivity to the worlds of the arts, object design, architecture and interior design.
- Strong organizational and writing skills
- ability to make proposals, a strong sense of initiative, and a concern for reporting and internal communication
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent presentation, adaptability and team spirit.
LANGUAGES :
Excellent level of French, with a real affinity for writing.
