PRESENTATION
The Jouin Manku studio is looking for a Senior Interior Architect - BIM with at least 3 to 5 years' experience for a 2 to 3-month assignment.
POSITION & MISSIONS
The candidate must have knowledge of all phases of a project (from concept to construction) and the ability to independently manage the development of a project, preferably with experience of projects abroad and hotel projects. Experience of large-scale BIM projects is appreciated.
You will participate in the development of an Interior Architecture project in the luxury hotel sector in the Middle East. BIM experience would be highly appreciated.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Concrete experience of the different phases of a project for clients in the high-end sector (hotels, restaurants, private individuals, luxury boutiques).
- Good understanding and assimilation of studio language
- Excellent command of software: Autocad / Photoshop / In Design / 3D software: RHINO + REVIT (highly appreciated).
LANGUAGES
English and French: excellent oral and written skills essential.
